Website Design RFP

The LAGLCC is actively soliciting bids for the services of a web designer.

We desire to maintain our current back end code (created in Cold Fusion and utilizing MS SQL databases) and merge it into a new and exciting, user-friendly interface.

Scope of work:

  • A complete redesign of our home page to include all the functional elements currently in use.
  • A redesign of our main content page, which will then act as the primary template for the rest of the site.
  • A redesign of our member admin page, as well as the related member profile page to give them a consistent look and feel while maintaining the new visual direction of the website itself.

We seek a fresh perspective with a professional flair that speaks to the sensibilities of business minded LGBT and allied people from all walks of life.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in HTML, FLASH, Photoshop, current design trends etc. This is not a reprogramming position, but you will be expected to work with our programmer to implement your designs.

Please visit our current web site http://www.laglcc.org where you will find our logos and a downloadable style guide.

Applications must include: your resume, online examples of your work, your standard rates for work with a not-for-profit corporation, and if you wish, an example of a design you might propose as a homepage (this is by no means a requirement for consideration, but is preferred). Additional consideration will be given to offsetting a portion of the redesign costs in exchange for a corporate partnership (sponsorship) with the LAGLCC.

All proposals with attachments and links should be sent to: info@laglcc.org

Thank you.
